(Ingredients for 6 persons)
Ingredients (For the Beaf)
- 500 gr. minced meat
- 100 gr. grated melba toast
- 1 big onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoonful vinegar
- 1 teaspoonful sweet paprika
- 3 tablespoon of tomato juice
- A little dill
- A little oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Ingredients (For Burger)
- Burger breads
- 150 gr. manouri
- 1 flask eggplant
- 1 zucchini
- 3 onions
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- 6 slices of bacon
- A llittle BBQ Sauce (for the beaf)
- A little mustard (for the base)
Working out
In a mixing bowl, add the minced meat, the melba toast, the paprika, egg, vinegar, tomato juice, oil, garlic, onion and groated dill, salt, pepper and the mold ingredients until they combined well. We let meat for a few momments to calm down and mold our burgers.
In a skillet we saute the onions cut into rings until wilted.
We toast our bread, manouri, eggplant and our zucchini into slices which we salt and pepper the same time they get grilled. Finally roast your bacon slices.
Baking
Brush the bottom of the hamburger bread with a little mustard. Put a layer of zucchini and eggplant. Add one slice of prosciutto and the whole manouri, put on the burger which is brushed with a little BBQ sauce. Then put the bacon, onion and last the bread. Serve with BBQ sauce and fried potatoes.
