(Ingredients for 4 persons)
- 100 gr. Goat's Cheese
- 100 gr. Graviera
- 100 gr. Pastami
- 1 Puff Pastry
- Crushed Wallnuts
We add the goat cheese, grated gruyere, the pastrami and chopped pepper in a mixing bowl. We mix well to make a uniform mixture.
Cut the puff pastry into strips and wrap it into snail shape. Place them in a preheated oven at 220 0C to be half cooked.
Remove them and add the cream in the shape blanks and put it back in the oven until cooked and browned.
Serve. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and a little bit honey.
